SpacerGraduate Assistantship - Wildlife

Graduate assistantship available in spring (Jan) or summer semester (May) 2009 for a potential master's student. Some teaching may be required. The assistantship will cover stipend (Grade 11, 1/2 time), tuition, and all research expenses for a 2-year period. If interested contact R. H. Yahner (rhy@psu.edu) and send him a statement of interest, unofficial transcripts, names and addresses of at least 2 references, and unofficial GRE scores (if available). The project may center on wildlife and vegetation associated with local golf courses; however, the topic of research is tentative and dependent on the student's interest.

Richard H. Yahner
Professor of Wildlife Conservation and
Assistant Director for Outreach
