Examines cabinet and furniture industries to investigate how top management teams make strategic decisions with respect to “green” certification programs.

Socially Responsible Building Materials Re-use
Working with Habitat for Humanity, EPA, and others to understand how building materials can be salvaged from “deconstructed” buildings and then resold via the Habitat ReStore chain. Also investigating how marketing strategy and managerial discretion issues can increase performance at nonprofits such as the Restores.

Safety Performance & Corporate Social Responsibility

Change Management

Challenges of Eco-Change
